Really lovely idea but print wasn’t as clear as the previous football book I ordered, but disappointed if honest

Thank you for your review.
We are sorry to hear this.
The product that you have ordered are using reproduction of the English Daily Mirror newspapers from the 1970’s. As these are newspapers that would have been printed 50 years ago, the print technology will not be as we know it today and therefore will be pixelated/grainy. We do try and make the scans as clear as possible, but we will always select the best scans available.
In regards to the print size, the original newspaper print is A3 tabloid size newspaper, however the recipe book are advertised in A4, therefore we have had to shrink the pages down to fit the books, which does make the headlines and text smaller than originally printed.
Please do accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
