I am very unsatisfied with the order I placed through your company. The order did not arrive until after I paid the for the expedited service and the order was not in good shape. When the box was opened the newspaper was not centered in the frame and the frame immediately fell apart and could not be put back together well at all - it consistently fell apart. The presentation that you advertised was not at all what arrived at my home and this was a special gift for a 60th birthday. If the shipping could not be delivered within the 2 day expeditied time that I requested I should have received a notification by email that you could not meet the expedited shipping date so it would get here in the 2 days. I placed the order on 5/25/22 and received an email on 5/27/22 stating that it was on its way but it did not arrive until 5/31/22 - this is 6 days after the order was placed and I would have not requested the expedited shipping if I knew it would arrive after 5/29/22.nnI am not at all pleased and would like to have the order totally refunded including the shipping costs. I will gladly send you back the newspaper and the frame if that is what you need in order to expedite this. I have tried several times to contact you by phone but have not gotten through. The item has been shipped back to you.n
