Great Product, Customer Service and Follow-up!
I placed an order for a newspaper early in January. I was sent a confirmation and was also sent tracking information. Unfortunately this was shipped via the post office. When I checked tracking it showed where the package was and then no more updates. I contacted the company and they said to give delivery a couple more days and if stukk didn't receive the package, call back. Fair enough. A couple of days later I got an Email stating the delivery was late and no tracking info from the Post Office, would I like a replacement or a refund? I chose the refund. Several days later the newspaper was delivered. I contacted the company to let them know and offered to pay. The Manager said since delivery was late, no charge. Great customer service and follow up AND the newspaper came in a beautiful box wrapped with acid free papper and a certificate. Very nice presentation!
