Coronavirus Information for Our Customers

As a small American business, at this time more than ever we value your support.

We’d like to take a minute to update you on a few important pieces of information in this troubled time.

On US Government advice, the majority of our team is working safely from home, while our production line remains running as usual in accordance with health department advice in a safe and healthy manner. We have put in stringent guidelines for our team involved in production to ensure that all workstations are immaculately protected, and your products are packaged safely.

Please view the official Government website for accurate information on Coronavirus:

Can I still order products?

We are still producing our whole range of products at full capacity.

There is a slight possibility you may experience some orders being 1 or 2 days late during this pandemic. We’re doing the best we can during these extraordinary times, but the safety of our manufacturing team, delivery network and customers is our priority. We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding.

Our production is operating under strict Government guidelines with regards to social distancing and other protective measures which makes us less efficient – but protects our team. We are also running a lower staff count, with those working from home where they can, and the factory following strict social distancing guidelines.

80% of orders are still being dispatched and arriving on time, but please allow 1-2 days just in case.

Can I send gifts directly to loved ones?

We pride ourselves on allowing you to deliver your gifts directly to your loved ones. Our products can be sent in luxurious gift boxes and we also don’t include a packing slip to make the gift truly special.

How will you protect customers and your team from Coronavirus?

We are ensuring that all our team work from home where possible, and team members working in production are given as much information from official Government guidelines as possible to keep themselves and their areas healthy.

At this time, there is currently no evidence to suggest Coronavirus can travel by product.

Is it safe to receive packages?

Public Health England has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus.
